Garlic and Ginger from the Fijian Islands crushed into a user-friendly paste. This ambient, stable product boasts a shelf life of two years and is available in a range of packaging options from 500g to 10kg. The union of Garlic & Ginger is a traditional pairing in asian cuisine, and has been pre-blended to make this authentic taste an easy addition to your recipes. 1tsp is the equivalent of approximately one small garlic clove and 1cm of ginger root.

Storage and Shelf Life

24 months unopened from date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place.

Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
